I've seen people complain about alarm clocks pulling them in to sleep paralysis, but it seems to me that since alarms are meant to quickly jar you out of your sleep, it would reduce the chances. Does anyone have experiences with their alarm and sp? |

I have no experiences with SP when my alarmclock goes off. |

Waking up into SP might caused by sleep deprivation or an inconsistent sleep schedule; I use an alarm clock alot, and have never had any experiences of the matter. I have experienced SP while wearing a sleep mask; I saw some HI - a bright white light, along with very pale, blurry green and white squares. You obviously wouldn't be seeing your room unless a dream scene was already forming. |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.
