Does anyone know any meditation techniques I could use daily to release tension in my body on a daily basis? |

Sit with your legs crossed and back straight. Breath slowly through your nose. Force yourself to calm down. Only focus on breathing. It is the only thing you are doing right now. Do it for 30 minutes. By then most of your restlessness and anxiety will have passed. Don't fidget. Stay still. Force that restlessness and anxiety to calm its self down. Allow yourself to slow down. You are ok. Everything is going to be fine. |
