      Daily meditation techniques to release tension in muscles?

      Does anyone know any meditation techniques I could use daily to release tension in my body on a daily basis?
      NOTE: I have anxiety so this meditation is a must.

      Be somewhere comfortable with your eyes closed and relax. There aren't any secrets to meditation. You can't force yourself to stop thinking or relax. You have to make peace with everything and let things go. Try: ShockWave's classes on meditation.

      Sit with your legs crossed and back straight. Breath slowly through your nose. Force yourself to calm down. Only focus on breathing. It is the only thing you are doing right now. Do it for 30 minutes. By then most of your restlessness and anxiety will have passed. Don't fidget. Stay still. Force that restlessness and anxiety to calm its self down. Allow yourself to slow down. You are ok. Everything is going to be fine.
