Confusing as hell :S Was I dreaming?

Okay, so.

The night before last, I went to bed at 2am, and set my alarm for 6:30 to wake up and attempt a WILD straight after. So when I woke up, I remember waking up, then opening my eyes. I tried to WILD and lost grip of myself and then next thing I remember, I'm lying in bed, eyes open. I roll over and it's about 7:02, but it looked really bright out for that time. Then I figured I'd failed and woke up, so I tried again. Same thing. And again, and got the exact same thing.

Only the next day did I realize I may have been in a dream.

Problem is, the EXACT same thing happened last night! I seem to have this compulsion to just either try to WILD, or go back to sleep, after I "wake up". Does anyone think I was in a dream? Or was my mind just messing with me?

I'll try again tonight, if the same thing happens, I'll force myself out of bed o.o

WILD is synonymous with false awakening. Form the habit of RC whenever you wake up

But so many? haha. I thought about doing an RC but just... didn't. Kinda weird lol.

I remember having a string of about 10 FAs before and all of them were very short. It made me quite made when I finally woke up. Because of this I have adopted the method of trying to do a RC when I wake up or try to question if I know where I am and such and get logical answers back.

You could have been having false awakenings. I recommend whenever you wake up to WILD, or have a feeling your in a dream to always do a reality check. Good luck!
