      Some MILD Questions please answer

So, what would be the best method for me to use if I dont have a dream that I had in the same night with mild is there another technique which Improves my chances without having to have a dream then attempting mild I know i can use past dreams and movies/books but when I do that it dosnt work for me. Mild has worked for me every time after I have had a dream then woke up and attempted mild. Thanks

      Hey RS,
I would recommend practicing all day awareness, and doing reality checks throughout the day, if you want to try another method with MILD. Good luck!

You could always focus on improving your recall and your timing, making sure you always have a recent dream. What if you tried doing your MILD later in the night? Do you think you would have a better chance of remembering a dream?

I've started using this technique recently and I'll tell you everything I've been doing(I haven't had a lucid dream yet but I'll tell you about my progress)

1.) I begin my routine by reading my notes on MILD out loud twice.
      - Meditation
      - Visualization
      - Auto-suggestion

2.) I lay down and meditate for 5-10 minutes.

3.) I visualize myself lucid in some situation and repeat my mantras over in my head and out loud.

Progress: I went from having absolutely no re-call to being able to recall 3 dreams(I did this today when I woke up.)

There should be no reason for you to interrupt your REM cycle with MILD.

Had another lucid dream i seem to have one a week now, only problem is I can't remember everything that happened in my lucid dream lol, All I remember was waking up in bed and instantly did a rc then I saw my mum and it looked like we were in the sims 3 lol thats all I can remember However I remember that the dream was short and didn't have enough time to do what I would have liked.
