Was this a false awakening?

So I decided to do a WBTB this morning. I slept for six hours, went to the gym, then went back to bed. I had a strange dream though. In my dream, I was on my couch (that is were I was sleeping) and I was dreaming. So basically in my dream I was on my couch, dreaming. Once I was done dreaming (in my dream).
I remember having my eyes closed and then I opened them and grabbed another pillow, then went back To sleep.

Once I woke up for real, I only had one pillow on my couch and that was the one I was sleeping on and I had a blanket on me (I didn't have the blanket on in the dream.)

So I was wondering, was this a false awakening and why do I keep having so many?

Unless your roommate is messing with you in your sleep, it was probably a false awakening. Do you remember any weirdness? Was it hard to see or move? Were the light levels wonky? Anything out of place?

Well there was no one in the house at this time. As for the dream, it was very weird, the room looked empty and the lights were hazy/ foggy. But I didn't pay much attention to my surroundings. From the glance that I took though, that is what I can remember
