So I decided to do a WBTB this morning. I slept for six hours, went to the gym, then went back to bed. I had a strange dream though. In my dream, I was on my couch (that is were I was sleeping) and I was dreaming. So basically in my dream I was on my couch, dreaming. Once I was done dreaming (in my dream).
I remember having my eyes closed and then I opened them and grabbed another pillow, then went back To sleep.
Once I woke up for real, I only had one pillow on my couch and that was the one I was sleeping on and I had a blanket on me (I didn't have the blanket on in the dream.)
So I was wondering, was this a false awakening and why do I keep having so many?
