Got my first lucid dream thanks to B6 + RC

Basically i took 2 vitamin B6 and ate a banana an hour before bed Had an AMAZING VIVD DREAM and did a RC while i was in school in my dream and went lucid though in my dream my character woke up and i think i had a FA but i didn't notice it FFS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I highly recommend the newbies to use B6

Congratulations on your first Lucid dream! My first lucid was pretty short, but vivid as well. But I think I should add some of B6 sometimes. You probably had an OBE if it was vivid. Wish you well on more lucid dreaming!

congrats try not to take b6 too often or affects will wear off I see, anything else naturally containing b6? im not one for medications.. Apple Juice is good for this
