I've been searching the internet for the last 3 hours looking for something, with no luck.

So, I tried something that I think might work pretty well.

I have a mostly all black desktop background. I made 9 copies of it, and made one mostly all white background. I put these in a folder, and have my desktop background changed once every minute. What this does, is make it so it's normal for 9 minutes, then once every ten minutes for a full minute, it changes to the white background. During this time, I can use it as a sporadic awareness, and ask myself if I'm dreaming, can I prove that I'm not dreaming, is everything normal, and really make myself feel the feeling when I first become lucid - that sudden rush of 'wow, okay, yeah, I'm dreaming," and taking in the dream scape like it's a place I've never seen before.

I think it's working pretty well actually. It gives me a one minute awareness, every ten minutes. I'll miss it every once in a while from being away from my desk or whatever, but it's not a big deal. It's very non intrusive, but really captures my attention when I'm looking at my screen. I like it.
