Hi guys, i have discovered a pretty good technique for myself where I fill my mind for a few days with lots of lucid info and do lots of reality checks and practice ADA. I then simply stop with it all for a day or so. It seems to work pretty well for me with lots of near lucids and two lucids scince I first tried it. The only problem is I keep wanting to come onto dream views and look around on my break day! It may be stopping my technique working for me. Anyway has anyone tried this technique before, I would be surprised if I was the only one. If you have I would love to hear your results!
