I'm sort of in a phase like this myself. I've gotten stuck as far as not having motivation to complete my goals. I still keep a private dream journal, but I don't make it nearly as detailed as I used to, and so my recall has suffered. Ever since I got a terrible crappy job a couple of years ago (which I've long left) my recall and LD ability have suffered, without a whole lot of recovery. I know I can get back to how I was a few years ago, but it's a lot of work because many of my good habits, like constant awareness, have been mostly broken. So it's going to be a lot of work, and what work I do put into it doesn't show much improvement right away. In a lot of ways I feel like a newb all over again. I also feel stuck as far as getting goals done...I just don't feel motivated to do them anymore and so I spend most of my lucids just sort of wandering around and doing whatever seems interesting in that time and place. :S |

I recommend you read others peoples dream journals that are organized and look awesome and be inspired off of them. Just tell yourself you need to start writing in it and keep it up. When you go to bed tell yourself you WILL write down your dream in the morning. |

Maybe you'll find this helpful, maybe not: The approach I took to motivate myself to keep my journal was to think of the memories of my dreams as precious little bits of information that I had managed to smuggle out of one world into another, and that would be lost forever unless I write it down immediately. |
