Question Help the noob, pleeease :D

So, I have been trying to lucid dream for very long. Last night I realised I was dreaming... I told myself to fly and did... then I told Jessica alba to appear and she did . But most of the dream took place in the frictional south park from the popular TV show (Maybe because I watched it before I slept?) but part of the dream was in the real world too. And then I woke up to a normal dream! (which confuses me.)

Also, although I knew I was dreaming, it still was not very clear and I didn't have COMPLETE control of the stuff that happened.

Did I Lucid dream, or was it just a normal dream?

Sounds like you had a lucid dream, and then had a false awakening into a normal dream. Since this was your first lucid, it also makes sense why it wasn't very clear and you didn't have complete control. Congratulations on getting it though. Keep at it, the dreams will get even better. (:

You said you realized you were dreaming so you had a lucid dream. That counts as a lucid dream.

Plus you flew on the first try. I'm jealous.

How long did it take you to fly? And thanks a lot, I was disappointed not to have a lucid dream last night though...
