Ahh yes, lawilahd took it all off my mouth. I did make a post about it, you can read it if you like . Happens everytime I suddenly gain consciousness in the middle of the night. And yes, it's often associated with physical experiences; most of the time I feel something heavy lying on my chest or my back, depending on my lying position. Other times I feel like I'm floating, and spinning. Lol

The frequency and extent of the sound reflects to the gravity in my head that is also associated with sleep paralysis. It's like it's overheating and it's waiting to explode.

But the auditory hallucinations are quite terrifying, I must say. Though I've gotten used to it. While it's probably not a good experience, well, in my case. I'm still glad I'm not alone. Lol. But if you get to experience one, use it to your advantage and you could potentially turn it to a WILD .
