Alright so the main reason i got into Lucid dreaming was for this idea i had, now that i have had a couple lucid dreams i think it is safe to say that i am going to try my idea out. |

In the lucid that I had two nights ago, I stood in front of a mirror to observe my reflection. I noticed something wrong, I looked younger in the mirror. I decided to take advantage of this and see how young I could make myself look, so I felt myself shrink and saw my reflection change until I looked about 5. The dream faded shortly after, but in answer to your question, yes it would be possible to re-live a memory as you were at the time. It obviously would depend on how well you remember it though. If you can reconstruct the memory during the day well enough, then I imagine you would be able to do so during a lucid dream, except you'd feel more 'there'. Good luck. |

yeah ive practices the age changing thing before during other lucid dreams and it seemed to work well I am just hoping that i can construct memories and relive them the way i imagine them and hopefully not ruin them with details that i left out. I am just hoping someone on the site has already done this and can help me out or if there is someone willing to try it to see if it works, it would be awsome. |
