Do you think a part of yourself is adapting to try to keep you from being lucid? Or keep you from exerting control over the dream? |

It seems i cannot use a method involved in lucid dream continuously, if I attempt too my mind simply adapts and it no longer works. For example if One has to spin in order to stay in a dream longer or even change locations. I would spin and still stay in the same spot or wake up anyway. Its not a big deal I can always come up with new ways. But its really becoming a nusciance. If I have to believe that something that cant happen WILL happen I believe it but it still will not come into exsistance. The only time this doesnt work is when I am over flowing with confidence and excitement. If Im encountering something interesting or doing something I really want to do everything happens the way it should. I don't even have to give a thought it it simply happens. |

I'm not all that sure it isn't all the time just more then occasionally. One night I could be fine the next I can't do anything. |

yes... to me, it feels like, my brain is patching all the reality checks.. Nose plug, and hand check wont work.. and so wont pinching yourself .. I keep having normal dreams with everyday activity.. and lucid dreams only about 2 times a week.. I need to tell my brain, that i want lucid dreams xD .. |
