If you are trying to enter a dream using sleep paralysis when you first go to bed then it will not work. You need to have had some sleep before hand before trying this method. What I'd recommend is that you go to sleep normally and wake up about 5 or 6 hours later using an alarm. Stay awake for a minute or two then try sleep paralysis. Also try not to focus on what you can feel when in sleep paralysis, instead try to visualize what you want to dream of. In other words imagine what you want and daydream as well. Concentrate on that and soon enough you will find you are inside what you were imagining not long ago. |
