      Sleep paralysis

Hi ive been trying to have a lucid dream for quite a while and everytime i will get into sleep paralysis easily but nothing ever 'happens' although once i felt someone was poking my chest (i knew no-one was there) and my bed felt as if it was leaning and that i could roll off at any given moment but it stayed like this for about 30mins so i just gave up.
What im asking is what do i do from sleep paralysis as i dont experience hypnogogic imagery (maybe due to my visual snow, but not sure) i have been recording the dreams i do have however anyways has anyone got any tips. It would be greatly appreciated thanks

If you are trying to enter a dream using sleep paralysis when you first go to bed then it will not work. You need to have had some sleep before hand before trying this method. What I'd recommend is that you go to sleep normally and wake up about 5 or 6 hours later using an alarm. Stay awake for a minute or two then try sleep paralysis. Also try not to focus on what you can feel when in sleep paralysis, instead try to visualize what you want to dream of. In other words imagine what you want and daydream as well. Concentrate on that and soon enough you will find you are inside what you were imagining not long ago.
      Hope this helps
