After reading about the WILD technique I decided to try it out for myself. So I'm laying down and im keep as still as possible with eyes close counting 1. I am dreaming 2. I am dreaming all the to 99 then I restart. As I'm on my 3rd set of counting I begin to see white lights and my body began to shake and I could feel my surroundings starting to fade. At this point I kind of felt as if my breathing started to become somewhat shallow and my heart began to beat rapidly and this concerned me because I have anxiety and feeling normally is what I experience during a panic attack. I ended up opening my eyes because it starteled me, im still feeling shaky. Was this a stage of WILD/SP? |
