Does This Mean I Was Close To Entering Sleep Paralysis?

Earlier today when I was trying to have a WILD, my arms felt so "dead" like I didn't feel them. Then when I moved them, they felt so weak. But the question is when I'm laying down trying to have a lucid dream, I could feel my arms entering sleep paralysis. But I hate the fact that my arms always feel like weight is on them when I'm trying to have a lucid dream. My arms feel like they kinda in pain in a way you know...
      All answers are appreciated. Thanks.

Yeah, this sounds like the early stages of the process. Generally, your limbs will get heavy and start to go numb before the rest of your body. Just try to ignore the heaviness and continue striving toward sleep. It sounds like you are on the right track, just keep moving further along in the process.

Like Yoshi said, your limbs often fall asleep or go 'numb' before anything else happens. Try to take your focus off your body, that will help you to ignore it.

Oh, and I moved this to the Wake Initiated Lucid Dreams - WILD subforum.
      LucidDreams17 and KingYoshi like this.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.
