Indeed it was! Sounds like you were experiencing the first stage of actually being in SP. The lights/shaking is a part of HH/HI (Hypnagogic Hallucinations/Imagery). Next time what you should start doing is to control your breathing and just relax. I also used to get anxiety attacks and as someone that used to experience anxiety, the best advice i can give for that is just to focus on controlling your breathing. Take deep breaths and just focus on what your breathing sounds like and how steady it is. |
