Well, apparently sleepwalking doesn't happen during REM. When you're in REM you're paralyzed (but it isn't called sleep paralysis unless yu wake up in it... it's called REM Atonia when you're asleep. Make sense? |

I sleepwalk quite often, I'd say about twice a week. What were to happen, if you had a lucid dream, and you were say kicking, would you do that while sleep walking? Obviously you're not in sleep paralysis because you're moving around. Any ideas? |

Don't worry about it. Sleepwalking takes place during Non-REM sleep (as far as I've been able to find out so far), while Lucid Dreams take place during REM. During REM, you are in REM Atonia (would've called it SP if it weren't for Darkmatters |
