Thread: Dreams that are vivid and not vivid at the same time?

Hey guys it's been a while since I've been here, been trying to learn html and you're probably already thinking I'm an idiot for a confusing title name. But I had a dream where it was very vivid, much more then my regular dreams. But when I wake up to recall it, it's not vividly remembered but the dream was vivid. This sounds really hard so I'll do a TL;DR.

TLR: My dream was vivid, but I wake up and it is not vivid anymore.

I'm guessing it was just an early sleep dream? This dream also was sort of lucid for like 5 seconds and then I lost some vividness.

Don't worry about anything. A lot of dreams loose clarity when you try to recall them. Just focus on one dream element and make the memory as vivid as possible, then other things will fall into place with it.
