Was this a WILD?

Hey everyone. I've never had a WILD before or at least I don't think I have. It's a method that's never really appealed to me as I normally find I randomly become aware in my dreams and that has always worked fine for me. This morning I woke up briefly then fell asleep again but I found the moment I closed my eyes shapes started to form and I was straight into a dream. I was aware straight away it was a dream but I had no control whatsoever and If I tried to make something happen everything would go grey so I went along with what the dream gave me. I can't remember the whole dream but I remember exploring this building that kept changing shape. So I was aware I was dreaming but I didn't have any control and also it was quite blurry so I'm not really sure if this is a WILD. I'm not really sure it was a lucid dream.

I would say that was a DEILD, but DEILD is a form of WILD, so well done.
