      Spinning around to not wake up?

      i did spin in my lucid dream today. I just span like 6-8 spins and as i tried to stop spinning i woke up. Any tips? Should i have continued spinning?

      Spinning usually destabilizes the dream and doesn't work for everyone as a stabilization technique. Try rubbing your hands instead. Spinning is great for teleporting though.

      Yeah, spinning isn't that great for most people, just try using your senses or something else.
