      WILD , how the heck ?!

      whenever i try WILDing i start getting sounds in my head , see some strange things much like a 480P video which is not meaningful atall and then bam .. nothing happens , what am i doing wrong , i just go to bed and keep there awake sometimes count and sometimes not .... oh and how long do i have to wait cuz i usually lose hope and just forget about it and sleep in 40 mins max

      that nice I try WILD and only thing I get is visualize after get bored cause nothing happen concentrate on breath after a while check the clock and is 3h trying so I give up and just be clean minded

      If you're seeing images or scenes, maybe try imagining your dream body moving, walking forward into that particular scene? Visualize it becoming clearer and just act like you're casually, passively, entering the location. Sometimes you have to enter the dream yourself instead of waiting for it to surround you.

      This is somewhat what I do. I visualize a dream scene in somewhat of a daydream state. You want to make sure your not concentrating on one thing to hard because doing that will keep your mind active thus not allowing you to fall asleep.
      Current status: Practicing my WILD method.
