Last few LDs that I had was in morning after I woke up and fall asleep short time after. I say that it worth a try because at morning your mind is more clear. |

OK, for certain reasons which don't matter now, I am not able to practice LD before I fall asleep or WBTB 5 hours after I fall asleep. I was thinking to wake up 30 minutes earlier that usual and then try some WILD/WBTB technique. What are your opinions about it? |

Yes, since you're in the end of your sleep cycle, REM stages tend to be longer and therefore you could be lucky enough to have a lucid dream. I have also experienced most of my LDs early in the morning. Try it out and keep practicing... |
