How easily can you nap during the morning/afternoon

Simply state how many hours of sleep you get on an average night and how easily you can nap during the day.

Personally I sleep around 8.5-9 hours each night and find it almost impossible to nap during the day.

An average weeknight, I get about seven hours of sleep. After getting up early and being at school all day, I can nap very easily which helps me a lot with WILDing.

I never did this since I thought that by that time the REM cycles would be gone. I knew that they lasted a long while after waking, but not how long, so thought 7 hours would push it. But now I'm going to just nap after school like I've been wanting to, especially now that I want to get serious about WILD.

I get about 5 hours at night, and try for 2 to three hours of nap in the morning to catch my REM cycle.

... and I think it's easier for me to nap than to sleep at night.

I get around 8.5 hours of sleep a night and find it really easy to nap for an hour and a half in the afternoon. I've never tried it in the morning before the afternoon, seems a little counterproductive..

I sleep for around 8 hours in weekdays and even more on weekends unless there's no party or anything.

I can sleep anywhere at any time

On weekdays I get about 6 hours of sleep depending on if I fall asleep right away or not. I usually find it impossible to nap during the day as well, but I'm thinking of giving it another try eventually. It shouldn't be too hard to nap during the day if you're tired enough. Plus it'd just be more dreams for me~
