Help with easily inducing LD!

Hi, I happen to be a beginner at LD'ing, and I have average recall (8-10 dreams recalled per week).

Anyway, since I can remember a few dreams, what is the, by your experience, easiest and most reliable method you would want me to try first? Anything would be nice.

For most people lucid dreaming isn't easy at first. I will post a list of some of the main techniques of lucid dreaming and you can follow the links to some examples.

The technique that's best for you really depends on how you want to go about lucid dreaming. What I personally do is DILD. But I also WILD when I want to. I use the SD-WILD technique. Even though it's in my sig it's not my technique.

It was so sticky. I was used CAN-WILD technique. I thought that it was reliable for you. But it was depending on your goal and your comfort level. I was used this technique and get success in my dream goal.
