      Time Change Affect?

Since the time change I haven't recalled any dreams, which is weird because for 5 months I've had pretty good dream recall (except for a couple other days awhile back). Just wondering if the time change Sunday morning could have affected this? Just wondering if any similar experiences out there.

It hasn't affected my recall or dreams in any way. I don't know about anyone else. You do loose an hour of sleep though :p

It might take a few days to a week for your body clock to catch up, but that doesn't mean you've stopped dreaming...

Meh, it's most likely a coincidence. Just try to get more sleep =D

Actually, I think it's not a coincidence. You could have been waking up right after/during a REM cycle, thus directly becoming conscious from a dream and helping you recall. After the time change, you might be waking up further from a cycle, leaving empty NREM space to forget the previous dream. I guessed this because the time change made me start waking me up right out of a REM cycle when I used to wake up about an hour after one.
