Avoid anything with wheat. Wheat's gliadin protein can pass the blood barrier and is an exorphin.
Fun exercise... for a full week, avoid any wheat. It really is harder then you think, because wheat is in EVERYTHING nowadays...
When that week has passed, go on a wheat binge. eg: Cereal for breakfast, hotdogs on buns for lunch, pizza for supper... whatever wheat manufactured snacks you want...
You will know the effect then. It is like you have a brain fog.
