      Is this a mild?

I will sleep tonight form 12-5, then at 5 I imagine having an ld, If I remembered a dream I think about that dream only this time I'm lucid in it, is this a mild and how many of you have had success with this method?

If you wake up at night, stay up and then go to bed, that's WBTB - wake back to bed. You can use it to WILD or DILD. WBTB is a very successful technique.

I think you are trying to do WBTB. But then I'm not sure if you going for DILD or WILD. Could you clarify?

MILD (mantras, daytime awareness, dream journal) is a technique to get DILD type of dreams (when during regular dream you realize you dreaming).

WILD is best to try after at least 4.5 hrs of sleep, DILD can happen anytime, no need to wake up for it.

You can find really good info in tutorials here on DV Wiki, but of course, you can always ask.
