Two Questions In One Thread! That's one helluva deal!

Hello dreamviews, i used to work on Lucid Dreaming, had like 7 LD's then stopped working on it (school stress and other crap) but now i'm back in business! I've read a guide and i had 3 LD's in 2 nights. The thing is, i really don't know what to do in LD's. So i would really appreciate if you guys and gals post the things you did, and want to do. seriously, what is there to do? That was the first question. Here's the second one: How do you keep it cool? When im lucid dreaming, i tend to dream stuff that makes me happy (duh) BUT that excites me like a little child holding his first toy. So i wake myself up. The question is, is there a way to keep it cool while dreaming exciting stuff? Or is there a way that getting excited but not waking up? Thank you for reading, waiting for your replies!

1. some things from my list are: energy blast fly out to space and watch the big bang happen shape shift into animals to see what it feels like being them sky dive make a clayman come to life, then have him assist me in stuff eat everything i want spend a night (in a lucid dream) at a fair, sending off the best fireworks ever! some like in the lord of the rings at the beginning. thats just off the top of my head. For the next one i get excited sometimes. but what helps me is too look at one thing in particular. This doesnt just increase awareness and clarity, it also calms me down. I dont know if that is same for everyone but give it a try

Right now, try asking yourself what you want more than anything in the world. Sometimes when I get bogged down with school work, I lose my sense of imagination and (bad pun here) dreams. Usually taking a minute to think of what I want more than anything makes me excited to lucid dream again.
