Interesting experience.

Well, I just had a LD this morning and there was something that I am curious about. Here is the part of the dream copied from my DJ. ... At this point I forgot about the person I was chasing and turned around when I started to notice that the dream was fading again and there was this message I could see in front of my eyes, it was like a transparent grey box with a yellow bar/text. The messages were like random stats of myself, there are only 2 I remember "Dream Stability" and something like "Yesterday's Calories". There were a lot of other ones that I can not remember, but as I was rubbing my hands to try to get the the dream clearer, the Dream Stability panel's bar started going up, and when I would stop it would go down. I was trying to rub my hands faster and faster as the bar was trying to fight its way up, but it was right around here when the dream ended. Has anyone else ever experienced something similar, and do you think it was true or was it my mind just making up all of the statistics? I remember they all had very specific numbers but the one that makes me most curious was the Dream Stability one and how it seemed I had a direct effect on it as I was trying to stabilize my dream. I think it would be interesting if you could bring up like a stability bar so you could know how long you possibly have left in the dream, but that seems very unlikely though as it was probably just all made up from my mind. Anyway, it was a neat experience overall .

Did you play any games the day before, sound's like they have influenced them or maybe gta san andreas is in my head where it shows all the stats on yourself.

I played counter-strike yesterday, but I know what you mean, when I have video game dreams sometimes the menus pop up in front of me, it was kinda the same experience. This was the first time that I had a menu thing pop up in front of me non-related to a game and specifically about myself and the dream state, it was probably all in my head, but it was really strange.

Very cool and interesting. Try to summon the stability bar in your next one. I sure put it on my 'to do' list. I think, that your subconsciousness was trying to help you. Next time, try to ask it to help you stabilize.

Haha, yeah I will defiantly be trying to bring it back in future LD's, I just wish I paid more attention to the other statistics that were being showed, but I did not have time as the dream was fading .
