What is HI? |

Chewnie91, thanks for posting that. Good stuff! I am curious as to how you personally 'suggest' the autosuggestion? ie. with lots of intention, light intention, forceful intention, passive intention? |
|
We have lingered in the chambers of the sea
By sea-girls wreathed with seaweed red and brown
Till human voices wake us, and we drown.
Passive intention would be the best choice for it. I find if you focus too hard on the intention or put too much willpower into it it doesn't stick as well as a passive suggestion. Repetition as well. |

Thanks for this! I usually just start autosuggesting as soon as I hit the bed, maybe this will give me better results |
|
OR you could simply use binaural beats (>13hz) at any time to achieve the suitable state of mind for autosuggestion. |
|
Yes but for those who wish to do it without any aids this works well. I don't like using any form of supplements or anything to induce lucids, I prefer to do it naturally. |
