      What is the best Auto suggestion ?

      Hello all,

      What is the best auto suggestion line ?

      1. Tongiht during my dream i will realise that i am dreaming?
      2. Tonight i want to have a lucid dream.
      3. During my dream i will do a rc.

      Which one is the best, and how often and at what time do i do these ?

      Simpler, shorter, better.
      Say in present tense : I am Lucid Dreaming.
      (Of course am not an expert, but read something like this somewhere)
