      Will this always happen?

      Hi, im Ricardo from Brazil..

last night i had my second lucid dream. it is the 4th week that im trying, and the first one was like a week ago.. in the first dream, when i become lucid, everything starts to blush and shake, like an earthquake.. after that, i tried rubing my hands, and only worked for like 4 secs, before i wake up..
well, last night i became lucid again, and once more, at the time i was lucid, everything blush and shake again, and i wake up...

the time i have between the 'lucid moment' to the 'awakening moment' is so short that i get confused on what to do, i can't even think about what can i do in the lucid dream..

well, will this always happens? cuz it is nnot THAT awesome becoming lucid, if you can't enjoy it ):

imagine smells and such. immerse yourself in the dream to ground yourself down. This is the standard tactic, for more help ask Mancon or Matte87 those guys are really helpful.

Well, generally the first thing to do is stabilize. As superchaz said, using any of your senses will help with stabilization, for some people simply shouting for the dream to stabilize or be clearer will do the trick, so you could try that. Also at what time are you getting lucid?
If its in the morning maybe you are about to wake up anyway, so instead of trying to stay in the dream you could wake up and try for a DEILD.
But yeah, it won't be always like that, it becomes easier to stabilize the longer you go at LDing for, doesn't means it will ALWAYS be easy but oh well, ups and downs.
