It is recommended to sleep for 6 hours, then stay up for 30-90 minutes and then go back to sleep right?
What if one goes to sleep at 00:00 AM and naturally wakes up at 05:00 AM? Should the 30-90 minute break be done then at 05:00 followed by going back to sleep?

Regarding both of your questions then generally the answer would be 'yes'. However this should be taken as a guide because what times might suit you might not suit somebody else. It is a case of trying and experimenting to find the best option which works for you.
