      Vivid Dreaming Every Night

For a bit over a week I have been having lucid dreams basically every night. The only night I can remember it not happening is when I was absolutely hammered. I'm just curious if anyone has any experience with this type of thing. I wouldn't describe the dreams as particularly good, because in most of them I had some sort of negative feeling. But I wouldn't consider them nightmares either. More of just interesting. Also, my sleep schedule hasn't changed.

Here are some of the more vivid moments, or things I remember. Also, I woke up a lot these nights. And the crazy thing is when I went back asleep the previous dream would continue from where I left off.

I guess I could explain each and every dream but there is a lot, so I'll just go over the most vivid stuff.

Multiple fights and I often was the instigator in these. I have never started a fight in real life but have been in a few. I'm normally calm headed person, but for some reason in my dreams lately I've been incredibly aggressive. One fight was against a mutual friend. I think he's an alright guy, but I only hang out with him when I'm with my other friends who he knows also. I consider him alpha male I compete against when he's around though. I'm not a dream expert but I feel like that's what the fighting is centered around, just being an alpha male.

My other most vivid dream began with me sleeping or lying on my bed. I'm in college and I could hear a party going on down the hall. When I woke up I saw two girls leaving my apartment and could tell they just used the bathroom. I have a bunch of music posters that line a wall in my living room, and when I walked out half of them were missing. For some reason I just shrugged and walked into the kitchen right into a giant spider web. I could feel the spider moving on my head so I started trying to shake out of the web but I was stuck. This woke me up. (For some reason bugs wake me up out of the dreams a lot, this morning a fly kept flying into my ear. When I finally squished it in my hand I woke up and found nothing on my hands.)

When I went back to sleep I was walking with all of my best friends to show them where I worked. When I got to work the entire office was renovated and I was told that I just received a promotion. I'm currently in college and work as a student for one of the departments. They told me I was going to be the student manager (makes no sense, especially at my job but I was happy). I was talking to one of the department heads and remember saying something witty, to which he responded that he was surprised I said that, because he didn't expect that from me. I'm not sure why that stuck with me. As for work, I've been applying for a lot of internships lately. I think that whole scene just represents me trying to move on in real life job wise as I'll be graduating next December.

After I left work I went back to my apartment where the party was still going on. I entered the apartment and noticed even more stuff stolen. I heard voices in my bedroom and went back there and found three guys trying to steal stuff in there. I instantly beat the living hell out of all of them (more fighting). I woke up after that. I live in a college town, and all my neighbors are respectable. I had an illegal roommate living with me the first semester so we never locked our place because we only had one key. He graduated after that term and I still don't lock my place. I imagine this dream is telling me to lock my place and stop pushing my luck.

Anyways, I've felt like my dreams this past week have been just showing me issues I have with my current life. There's a lot more I could write about but those were some of the main points. I'd just like to hear some outside opinions on all of it, especially if anyone has experience with lucid dreaming on multiple consecutive nights. Thanks.

hello MGK, well first off I would consider yourself lucky to have such vivid dreams so often. I would agree it seems your dreams are reflecting issues in your life and thoughts in your subconscious. A lot of times dreams are very symbolic like the web you were caught in, and you fighting a lot. Dreams can tell us a lot about how we are truly feeling even if we dont know it. Its up to you to discover and investigate what those things are. As for having consecutive Lucid dreams i have experienced that. I would consider everytime you lucid dream it is an amazing chance to figure out things about yourself that you never knew. In my opinion just use your dreams to explore your mind and your thoughts and enjoy that you have them often because not everyone does! hope this helps a bit, sorry if it doesnt its a little late and i am tired haha, let me know if you have anymore questions you can PM me.
