      Mucuna pruriens seed

      MUCUNA PRURIENS is a common weed in ma country. Now that i know its contents and uses, how do i consume the seed? Raw or cooked. In solid form or grinded?

      Judging by the information of the specie and the family it comes from, cooking it for 30mins in boiling water should do the trick. Though if you are not sure, just leave it in water first so that the skin won't be problematic then cook it.
