I'll preface this by saying I've had a very stressful job for 5 years with no lucid dream activity. I recently got a new job with NO stress and have had 3 lucid dreams using no techniques to do so. |

hello lois, remember that there are different levels of lucidity when you become lucid. You have not had any LD's for 5 years so your brain isnt used to it yet. When you hit that lucidity where it is like those "claritin clear commercials" lol thats when you hit full lucidity. It's probably because back then you were more in tune with trying to become lucid. I would say now you just have to get back into it and i guarantee you it will be more like it was before. When lucid dreaming is on your mind more everything just works better. Hope this helps! |

also when you get lucid next time try to focus on maintaining your lucidity, like the hands technique. Practice maintaining your lucidity the next few time you become lucid and that should help. |

I think lucidity requires practice, and you seem a little rusty. |

IM IN UR DREEM VUUZ 4UM....
Try subconcious training, Or building your awareness thruout the day. And also try meditating to help take some of that edge away. The mind tends to be more focused once you spend more time building your awareness. |

Thanks, you guys! I'm surprised that this is normal since I've never experienced it this way... I thought I was broken! |
