mind reading in lucid dreams?

Ok, so I had my first lucid dream last night and it was pretty eventful but there is one thing I wanna know. Is mind reading of a DC possible/ has anyone tried it? What happened? Was it just how you expected the DC's to act or was it you actually reading their thoughts? I'm really interested if it would work.

Of course it is possible. The dc is just yourself, just like the rest of your dream. You can do whatever you want.

i have read a DCs mind once and I just got a stream of images extremely fast until I found one relative to what I was searching for. It only lasted a couple of seconds because he resisted it. He didn't really seem surprised by it though, he was a sort of weird DC. I have controlled DCs brains a lot which I find more fun. I just think it and they do it. You should try it some time.

So if I were to try that out how would I do the mind reading? Would it just me thinking I want to read this DC's mind and it would happen? Could you suggest some things to do to my DC's please?
