1 thing that helped me with dream recall a lot

Lightened Dream. Some nights I had 0 recall and the night I used this with the subliminal thing I remembered 4 dreams. Also say 'I will recognize my dreams' as your mantra.

For the subliminal lucid thing use this
      'I will remember my dreams
      My dreams are vivid
      Feel the emotions
      I will recognize my dreams'

Mantras usually work, especially when you say them just as you falling asleep, as a last thought. Happy dreams

On school nights, do you go to bed at a consistent time? That could be a problem, if not.

Yes , within a 30 min period or so every night. Last night I remembered some good dreams so maybe 1 night I just got unlucky, either that or I built up some recall over the weekened

That's funny, on monday which was my first day back to school I couldn't recall. That broke my streak. Luckily today I did a while after getting out of bed.
