Im sad to hear that your dreams are disturbing you so much. Especially your lucid dreams, it sounds very intense to me. My first impulse would be to say work with your dreams and try to find peace with them.

But of course, maybe you dont want to, maybe your sick and tired of it. So... and im not sure about this, but i could reccemend looking into the different effects of different herbs that you can brew as tea. Maybe it can offer you some temporary releif. The reason i suspect there might be such a tea is because there are teas that do that opposite (increase rem) and so maybe there is something that can encourage more deep sleep. Im not certain, but i just wanted to throw the idea out because i saw nobody had responded yet and maybe it could help.
