Thank you to both of you for offering some advice. I will look into the tea. I thought it was considered a lucid dream. From what I've read on here a lucid dream is a dream where you know your asleep and you control what you're doing in the dream. If I'm not grasping it please let me know so I'm not saying the wrong thing. I am thinking about doing a sleep lab but I do t know what it will do. These types of dreams run in my family. My sister suffers from the same thing and the feeling of sleep deprivation after a full nights sleep. We both thought it was normal. From what I've read it's not of the norm to be able to take a quick 10 minute nap and have a full vivid or lucid dream. I love the tea idea though at bedtime, I don't like medicine.
