Sleep Paralysis for a "forgetter"/"deep sleeper"

Good morning all! I was here a while back, attempting to explore this amazing phenomenon as we all are...
I left for a while because I had a total dry spell. I was so overall frustrated, I had nothing to offer and in turn my paranoia kept me from being capable of truly being free enough to explore and report back. I stated in a past post how paranoid/afraid I was of SP due to having never consciously experienced it.
I am here to offer my recent experiences to add to the incredible subjective knowledge this board has combined...

I experienced a true, conscious episode of SP for the first time last night. I woke up in tears, and it took me a minute to come together upon waking. I woke up with a feeling of intense "knowing" or knowledge, and after about 20 seconds I came to realizing the newbie experience I just had.

      Setting:
--- I took 5mg melatonin before bed to induce sleep, as I had to wake up really early and often have trouble falling asleep. It was about 11pm, and I went to bed around 1am. No other supplements were taken.
--- I somehow entered SP consciously, or should I say, became conscious during?
--- I have only ever had two LDs (one that blew my mind from a reality check, the other when I realized the oddities of the dreamworld and unlikely situation.)
--- My total sleep time for last night was four hours. I woke up at 5am.

      EXPERIENCE:

--- Drifted in and out of consciousness between SP and reality. This was most prominent. The feeling of pins and needles (especially in arms, which I experience nearly every night but hadn't yet consciously remembered SP)
      --- The feeling of levitation.
--- No known auditory hallucinations or scary occurrences (my biggest noob fear from before)
--- Upon that feeling of levitation, I consciously tried to remember all that I'd read about SP and how to enter into dream. I was so uneducated in this department. I tried imagining spinning, which caused a funny feeling but no dream setting appeared. WHAT DID WORK for a second, was imagining "rolling over" as if I was trying to roll out of my body. And... I think I had an OBE again (my only prior reality check LD turned into what felt like OBE from transition between dream and waking state)
--- Upon "rolling over", (I sleep on the left side of the bed) I felt as if in waking consciousness (had eyes closed) my wood floor on the RIGHT side of the bed. Upon waking, I was right where I'd fallen asleep. In this OBE/SP state, as far as I got "rolling out" of my body was the feeling that I was touching my wood floor with my right hand. I remember feeling a little taken aback thinking "I'M GOING TO FALL FROM MY BED!!!!!!!!" twas absolutely amazing

The BIGGEST and other most prominent feeling that others describe as the "ear humming/vibrations" I experienced as a sort of wind. When I allowed myself to fully relax and imagine levitating, it was almost a feeling like the flapping of wings. There was a notable "wind" sound and the feeling of rising.

SO SORRY I just wrote an essay up there.
I am about to receive "Calea Zacatechichi Tincture" and "60 Capsule Lucid Dreaming Supplement" in the mail, I can't wait to further explore this.
