Hello,
I'm a 34 year old male, have been working with my dream journal for maybe two months now, and I've sharpened my dream recall quite a bit. I'm having this problem:
1) I either "Jolt awake" when I realize I am dreaming, and scribble down what I remember, or
2) I have a dream, but continue sleeping -- and scribble down what I remember in the morning.
In other words, I haven't gotten to "control" my dream yet. I am doing some reality checks, and get adequate sleep. What can I do to improve?
