I have the same problem, but I think the search is over: |

I have tried WILD several times just before going to bed, but the only thing that happens is I experience audio and sometimes visual hypnagogic hallucinations and some of my body parts feel numb(e.g. I feel like my hand is floating but when I move it I realise that it is simply lying on top of the bed). Sometimes I have short dreams(2-3 seconds) which are visual quality. |

Some people say the best time to WILD is in afternoon naps or after a few hours of rest in the middle of the night. I think thatīs because we need to be in a state of relaxation so we donīt get caught by sensations which normally occur in the transition into an LD. Maybe in the beginning of the night we are still influenced and excited by the daily activities and we either get stuck in the new sensations because we are not relaxed enough to go through them or we may be so tired that we fall asleep without experiencing anything. Hope this may be of some help. |
