I do smoke green every day, and i have read on Reddit that it takes the lucidity out of your dreams completely. But should it stop you from dreaming period? (I will quit if necessary to dream or LD)
Okay, now onto my LD questions:
I have read the wiki on LD'ing, and have 4 RC's that I'm doing when I wake up, and every few hours that i remember.
1. Turn Supersayian (obviously)
2. Finger in palm
3. Telekinesis (moving objects with my mind)
4. Breathing through my nose when its blocked
I genuinely believe that I can do all of these things when I RC (in reality), which i read is VERY important.
The method I want to try is MILD since its the 'beginner' method, but I read that the FILD is working for a lot of people as well. Which method would be best?
---
So for now I'm just practicing my RC's and trying to dream normally not even lucid... Is there anything I'm doing wrong or can even change?
I already know what to do when I am 'dreaming' but I can't even get that far...
First of all, you will be dreaming, just not remembering them! try keeping a dream journal to improve your recall. You mentioned you couldnt think of anything to write, i would suggest just writing 'Nothing remembered.' the act of writing gets you used to it.
Yes, weed can reduce REM sleep, which is vital to lucidity. Although it increases REM rebound, which can increase the chances of lucid dreams. Confusing, I know.
RCs are all well and good, but you should practice awareness alongside them, questioning reality and putting some thought into it rather then mindlessly or casually doing the RCs. (i'm not saying you are, just trying to advise)
As for methods, it varies per person, just try what you think would suit your lifestyle, and change / add or adapt as you encounter problems.
And best of all, be patient! It can take a long time to get your first LD but it will all be worth it, so keep positive!
