Im one of those "sleepers" if you must, i sleep in almost all of my classes, because i have this "sleep Paralysis" where i can wake up consciously but not physically, and understand (in detail) what is going on around me, what the teacher is saying. i discovered this "ability," if you must, at the beginning of this school year, i think its rather intriguing to be honest, and ive gotten to the point to where i can pretty much control it. what happens is i fall into a deep sleep, and for some reason, i can just wake up, like ive placed myself inside of my psyche. Complete blackness, i do feel the tingling sensation that you stated, and there is no possible way for me to move what-so-ever. i have done mini experiments with my friends in class that they write something down before i fall asleep, they read their prompt a few times, (5 min intervals) because there is no way for them to know when i have entered my sleep paralysis. and i have woken up to recite what they've said verbatim. at first this shit scared me, but then i realized what i could do while in my inner psyche, i could dream whatever i wanted, i could pick my dreams, see what ever, hear whatever, taste whatever. i hope this all makes sense, because i really love this ability and it intrigues me every time.
