      First DEILD/WILD

Last night I was waking up several times in the middle of a night and one particular time I came out of a dream and was conscious and thought "hey, what a great time to try a WILD or DEILD" so I imagined walking through a snowy forest-y type landscape and seconds (yes, like 4-5 seconds later) I was in the dream, fully lucid. I was amazed how easily and smoothly the process went as compared to previous WILD attempts. I started visualizations and almost immediately the dreamscape swam into focus. I recommend to everyone who wakes up after dreams to remain still and just go right back to sleep with a visualization. No multiplication or reading or orange juice like they recommend in some of the WILD tutorials, just stay still and slide right back to sleep. Worked for me!

      Congratulations to your DEILD!

Those are much easier than WILD, because as you coming out of a dream, you are still in SP and very possibly in REM. I wish you many more
