      Need help with my DJ

I wake up and remember 1-3 dreams most of the time, but the problem is my sense of time is screwed up. So I have no idea when the dream started or ended.

Do you wake up any in the night?

I wake up regularly to use the bathroom. Any dream I had before that is often in the few minutes prior to that waking. The same goes for the last dream you remember.

Unless you need to pin down the timing of your dreams to a specific period of time that should cover it.

      Does that help any?

I wake up in the night about 1/10 of the time so it's not often and I normally go to the broom before I sleep. I will try to wake up more (mantras?) in the night, thanks for the response

You need not wake up more often if it's not natural.

If you choose to try out WILD or WBTB you might have more success or at the very least a time-frame for your dreams.

Yeah I set an alarm for 5-6 hrs when I'm free the next day but it's for MILD, I suck at WILDs so bad

MILD is great also. It can even lead into WILD if you do it while half-drowsy during your sleep period.

Some of the supplements (like tea and menthol) in our Lucid Aids section of the forum have also been reported to aid with recall. You might try reading some of the threads to see if any might be right for you.

Best of luck! Let me know if you have questions.
