      Sleeping early = Vivid dreams?

I don't want vivid dreams. Let's get that out of the way first.

I've noticed that, the couple times I went to bed early, I got vivid dreams. I woke up earlier, meaning that I still got the exact same amount of sleep. Anyone know why this is?

Think it might of been just a coincidence. It could be that your body isn't used to sleeping that early, and so you are more aware which would cause your dreams to become more vivid.

Did you drink anything like Apple Juice or eat peanut better that night? Apparently they make dreams more vivid.

It's like that for me too. I think it's like Mancon said, you're more aware. I also have much easier to have lds, FA's, SP-wakeups when going to bed early.

      How early is early?

If you went to bed when it was still light out, or noisy in the area, that can effect you.

      Ooh, their breath is warm
      And they smell like sleep
And they say they take me home
      Like poppies heavy with seed
They take me deeper and deeper
